For no particular reason and quite a time after her carreer has been put in hiatus,i realized while i was doing dishes a few minutes ago that Maki Goto´s seemingly random smoking scene in the EYES pv is there because smoking is considered a huge scandal for cute teen idols in Japan

and this scene simbolizes her becoming a fully grown performer,with a much more mature,glamorous and scandalous image and completely independent from her past as a kawaii girlband member
